About Us
Hope, Healing, and Solidarity (HHS) was formed in 2023 by central NY Catholics. HHS's purpose is to:
1. Educate Catholic persons and collective communities regarding grooming and sexual abuse,
2. Offer support for those affected by the Catholic church’s sexual abuse crisis and coverup,
3. Develop strategies to prevent grooming and sexual abuse within the Catholic environment, and
4. Advocate for the transformation of church culture to create a healthy and safe community for future generations.
Meetings are held monthly via zoom.
HHS is not connected with any specific parish and functions in cooperation with, yet independent from, the Syracuse diocese.
